NIS2 is here. Over 2,000 Belgian organisations must comply.

The EU’s NIS2 directive requires thousands of entities — hospitals, municipalities, utilities, and their supply chain — to prove cybersecurity compliance. In Belgium, that means the CyberFundamentals (CyFun) framework from the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB).

Self-assessment starts April 2026. CAB certification audit by April 2027. A 20× increase from NIS1.
